DEFENCE 7.24 — PROGRAM OVERVIEW

DEFENCE 7.24 is a modern, comprehensive training program designed to help individuals build the physical and mental capacity to protect themselves and others under challenging conditions.
The program’s mission is to develop legal self-defense awareness, practical defensive skills, safe and responsible firearm handling (within legal boundaries), emergency first-aid and survival competence, and family-oriented healthy nutrition habits — ensuring participants are prepared for both crisis and everyday life.

  • Teach efficient and lawful self-defense techniques for close and personal protection.

  • Build strong awareness of firearm safety, transportation, and lawful defensive use.

  • Promote healthy and balanced nutrition habits for families — especially focusing on women and children.

  2. Personal Defense Techniques

    • Threat awareness and de-escalation strategies.

    • Communication under stress and situational discipline.

  3. Firearm Safety & Legal Awareness

    • Legal framework, transport permits, and ethical use of firearms.

  4. First Aid & Survival Skills

    • Basic life support: airway, breathing, circulation, bleeding control.

    • Emergency evacuation, shelter, and resource management.

    • Psychological readiness and stress management in survival situations.

  5. Family-Oriented Nutrition & Health

    • Nutrition for strength, endurance, and immunity.

    • Focused guidance for women and children: iron, vitamin D, and folate balance.
