2. Course and Training Cancellations

Cancellations made at least 8 hours before the scheduled training session will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.

Cancellations made less than 8 hours before the session start time are non-refundable, except in documented emergency situations.

In cases where Defence7.24® must cancel or reschedule a session, participants will be notified and may choose between a full refund or rescheduling.
3. Digital Products and Online Courses
For digital materials or downloadable content, refunds are not available once access has been granted or content has been downloaded, except where legally required.
4. Refund Processing
Refunds, when approved, are processed through the original payment method within 7–14 business days.
Transaction fees charged by payment gateways may not be refundable.
